Escalation of Schedule
July 03, 2003

After much deliberation, consultation with my dogs, and twiddling of my thumbs, I have decided that I am more than ready for the Watson to begin. In fact, I am far past ready. For this reason, I will be escalating the start of my Watson year by about two and a half weeks, starting on or before July 22. I hope to still spend a week with friends in Tacoma beforehand, so I now have a flight to the west coast on July 15, although, I suppose if I'm still anxious once I'm there I could start earlier. Hard to say.

This afternoon, I dug around a couple old cd's that hold my old pictures from New Zealand. The travel bug in me certainly enjoyed going over pictures I hadn't really looked at in almost two years. In fact, after going over some of them, I'm surprised I haven't included them with the current batch of New Zealand photos on my photo site. So tonight, I'll probably work on them and try to get them online for you.

On another note, my first cavities were discovered yesterday. Dentist wasted no time; I had them filled today. Passed on the novacane, hate that stuff. What a strange experience. Even if it is a difference of millimeters, my altered teeth structure feels bothersomely foreign. That is the extent of my thoughts for today, wishing I were in foreign lands with not-so-foreign teeth.

P.S. There's a 20% off coupon you can use to buy books/music at Borders. I'm sure it'll come in handy for my road reads, and I just wanted to pass it on to y'all. It's only good from Jul11-Jul14. Print off what you see here.
